Responsibilities/Duties:
Prepare and post journal entries
Assist with preparation of financial statements and supporting
schedules according to monthly close schedule
Establish annual overhead rates and perform monthly
reconciliation of variances to standard
Prepare monthly account reconciliations
Assist with annual financial and tax audits
Assist with monthly commission reports; analyzing and
correcting discrepancies
Other projects as assigned
Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures
Manage standard costs in the system
Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they
are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis
and report on variances

Minimum Qualifications:
Must have an Accounting degree and at least 4 years
experience—preferably in a manufacturing environment
Accuracy in daily work and other projects
Ability to maintain good working relationships with other
employees
MBA or CPA certification is a plus
Strong Computer Skills with excellent working knowledge of
Excel and Word
Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines
