Those of you that knew Eban Carter will recognize some of the quality's that he possessed. He always had a friendly smile, kind heart and a passion for life. He was a man that never had a bad word to say about anyone. His true calling was the art of cooking and the creations that he put on a plate. His enthusiasm and spirit in the kitchen shined through in many establishments in the High Country.
It was a pleasure to know you and I look forward to seeing you again.
